Welcome to Universal Lounge Bar
Both we had already longtime the plans to start our own business.
The sudden death of my father end 2007, made me decide that the time
for that was come.
Extra stimulated the way my employer acted on that death.
Especially
the choice was quick made rely on the qualities of Alicia to
organize the kitchen and how she is able to juggle delicious courses
out of plain things.
The Universal Lounge Bar saw the light...
Since the launch in 2008 we had a constant growth, and the Universal-team
is now already a group of 8...here a part of the group bringing a
toast for our 3 years anniversary...
Purpose
To create an oasis of peace in the sunny Albir, enjoy on our 240 m² terrace or in our air-conditioned barroom of 130 m² with a contemporary design, specialities from different countries brought to you with a personal touch.
